Recent Projects
Plastics Recycling Effluent Treatment Plant
PVC recycling enables window installers, fabricators, waste disposal companies and local authorities to effectively manage their PVC waste by selling it to PVCR as an environmentally friendly and socially responsible alternative to landfill.
PVCR then uses its unique and innovative recycling processes to provide re-used PVC to manufacture new window profiles using a co-extrusion process with the recycled material.
During the recycling stage, process water flows through the effluent water treatment plant to clean the dirty water. The process water is then re-used for plastic recycling or can be discharged safely and efficiently to drain.
